This AUP governs the use of UK Business Services & Software Ltd's web hosting service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your service. In the event of a dispute between you and UK Business Services & Software Ltd regarding the interpretation of this AUP, UK Business Services & Software Ltd's interpretation, in its reasonable commercial judgment, shall govern.

UK Business Services & Software Ltd has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consisting with the use of its servers and equipment involved in these services. UK Business Services & Software Ltd's general policy is to act as a provider of Internet presence. UK Business Services & Software Ltd reserves the rights to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by UK Business Services & Software Ltd when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.
This is the main Customer Master agreement that would apply to you as our Customer. Apart from this Master Agreement, the following Product Specific Agreements may also apply to you depending on the Products and Services you buy.
This represents the Agreement between the Registrant (Owner) of a Domain Name and the Registrar. If you register a domain name through us, this Agreement will apply to the person whose information you filled in the Owner section during the Registration process
This represents an addendum to the Customer Master Agreement between yourself and us for Domain Registration
This represents an addendum to the Customer Master Agreement between yourself and us for Domain / Mail Forwarding and Managed DNS
This represents the Customer Agreement for Digital Certificates
This represents the Customer Agreement for Hosting
Registrant shall further endeavour to familiarize themselves with the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities applicable while registering gTLDs.
Registrant is encouraged to refer to ICANN published Registrant Educational Materials.
Free Services / Promotions
Free Domains belong to UK Business Services & Software Ltd when a plan is canceled. You can buy your domain off UK Business Services & Software Ltd for a the fee advertised on our site. This will be waived if you have been with us for 2 years or more. If you pay monthly and had a free domain and cancel outside of the 30 day money back guarente you will be charged for the price of the doamin regardless of time with us..
Free SSL belong to UK Business Services & Software Ltd when a plan is canceled. This can not be transferd nor can it be used at another host. This is not us. The issuing body's dont allow this.
UK Business Services & Software Ltd is under no duty, and does not by this AUP undertake a duty, to monitor or police our customers' activities and disclaims any responsibility for any misuse of the UK Business Services & Software Ltd network.
You may not engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including:
a) Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures (including those belonging to UK Business Services & Software Ltd and its customers) without express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
b) monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without the authorization of the owner of the system or network;
c) Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks;
d) Use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization, including, but not limited to Internet scanning (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning, and port scanning;
e) Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or a newsgroup posting; or
f) Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against the UK Business Services & Software Ltd network.
g) Use of UK Business Services & Software Ltd's network in a way that unreasonably interferes with UK Business Services & Software Ltd's other customers use of the network

You must comply with the rules and conventions for postings to any bulletin board, chat group or other forum in which you participate, such as IRC and USENET groups including their rules for content and commercial postings. These groups usually prohibit the posting of off-topic commercial messages, or mass postings to multiple forums.
